DR. MOHAN S. GOUNDER

Dr.Mohan S. Gounder is the Managing Director of Aosta Software, a company that specializes in healthcare and insurance software. He earned his B.S., in Biomedical Sciences and M.D. at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta.
He has practiced Internal Medicine and Hospital Medicine at Emory University and Northwestern University and continues to be an active member of the medical community. He was the Co-Founder of Ingenious Med in Atlanta, GA, a company that provides inpatient practice management solutions to physicians and hospitals.
DR. ARUN PALANISWAMI
DIRECTOR
Dr Arun Palaniswami, is the Director of Aosta. He is Doctor by profession and he has got his Master’s in Business Administration ( Healthcare Systems).
With more than 10 years of experience in Medical, Administration, IT systems etc, he provides the clinical insights and process guidelines for Aosta in product development and ideation discussions. He is instrumental in setting up the Quality and new ICT measures in KMCH in his Executive Director role.
RAVI SHANKAR. S
DIRECTOR - OPERATIONS
Ravi Shankar has 20 Years of Experience in the Software Product development. He is one of the founding members of Aosta’s flagship product – BackBone. He heads a 65 member team comprising of resources in development, testing, implementation & customer support. With over 140 Large and Medium Size hospitals using the Application, BackBone is one of the top ten HMIS Application in India. Apart from this, he is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of the 1000 Bed hospital Kovai Medical Center and Hospital (KMCH), managing the IT Infrastructure of the 1000 Bedded Tertiary Care Hospital and 6 peripheral hospitals of the group.
Earlier, he was associated with an e-commerce start-up company, MetaConcepts developing Cloud based Sales Force Automation (SFA), deployed at prestigious clients such as Force Motors and Larsen & Toubro.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Application, with rich experience in Product Development Life cycle, Healthcare related business process workflow.
