- Prior experience in Software / ERP sales is mandatory
- Strong flair for targets, numbers, and achieving business goals
- Experience in the listed markets will be preferred
- MBA is desirable
- Experience in HIMS or the hospital industry is an added advantage
- Passion for technology and awareness of industry trends
- Ability to demonstrate and articulate solutions to CXO-level stakeholders
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, including reporting and competitor analysis
- Ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, close sales, and manage accounts
